This is a corporate branding site I did for (Please See Details). I was solely responsible for all technical aspects of the site from initial creation until now. The site is still being developed, but can be viewed by using the provided link.

Corporate Branding Site

This is a small business branding site I did for NorCal Capital Management, a real estate based capital management company in my home town. It was one of my first real paid websites. I had full control of the technical side, from basic site creation to completion. The design side was provided by them as Photoshop comps

Squeeze Page

This is a "squeeze page" I did for Sales Team Live This was one of my first commercial jobs, and was an internal landing page for an existing site.

Restaurant Web Site

This is a small business branding site I did for Mango Star Restaurant. This small restaurant is owned by a friend who did not have the time or money for a website. I wanted to learn Drupal, and needed some experience, so I created this site for her pro bono. I had to do it all - pick a domain name, set it up with hosting, design and code the site, and even enter the menu.

Philosophy

I consider my most important qualities to be honesty and integrity. If I can't do something, I will try to suggest alternatives, but once I make a promise, I take it seriously and do my best to follow through. I hate empty promises.

The open source advantage

I build websites following general professional standards and using popular open-source tools. The open-source tools are programming languages like Javascript, PHP, MySQL, Linux, etc . The most important advantage of these tools is that they are freely available to any professional developer, and have been proven to be reliable and secure.

Although you may not think it matters to you that I use open-source tools rather than proprietary website generators, this is generally a good thing. The reason is that you can hire anyone to maintain or change your website in the future in case either something happens to me, or you decide to use your brother-in-law's friend's cousin who took a course in making websites at the local witness protection re-education center (but for your sake, I hope you don't).

The important point is that I do not lock you in to using my services in any way, so if you are ever unhappy, it is a simple matter to find someone else. I am confident that you will be happy with my work, so this does not worry me at all.
